Our mission is to create space to nurture holistic human well-being, well-doing and well-making that is vivified through the love of God.
We do this by nurturing the active, creative and contemplative life of individuals, congregations and organizations in our neighborhood and beyond so that they can yield the best fruit.
We tend to this growth by cultivating spaces for contemplative listening and learning, active prayer and embodied practices, and creative arts and beauty-making.

Welcoming the Spirit of the Child Workshop with Kaisa Stenberg-Lee

This two-hour online workshop is designed for all who are interested in exploring creative ways of accompanying children (and the inner child of adults) in their spiritual lives.
During the workshop, the participants will be guided in imaginative prayer practice, along with brief teaching, and an invitation to personal reflection on their childhood experiences of God. Together the participants will consider how those early experiences might guide them into better welcoming children, both within and among them, as their travel companions in the spiritual journey.
This workshop is tailor made for spiritual directors and other vocational listeners like children's ministers and educators who are interested in deepening their practice of accompanying children in their spiritual lives. It is also suitable for those learning to host the child within adults through holy listening.
*Please Note: This workshop will also serve as an introductory session for the follow-up online course “Nurturing the Spirit of the Child”. However, it is possible to attend either the workshop or course separately.
Kaisa Stenberg-Lee is a Finland native, and a recent Colorado resident. Kaisa is passionate about accompanying people of all ages, and from all walks of life on their journeys of listening to God, and responding to His loving invitations. She is a certified Christian spiritual director, and offers 1:1 spiritual direction, retreats and prayer tools through her private practice, Kutsu Companions.

Walking the labyrinth as a way of pilgrimage invites us to reflect on our own life as a sacred journey.
October 11: Listening to the Margins (St. Albans Episcopal Church, Bexley)
What does the labyrinth reveal about the margins and their significance for the whole? This workshop will draw awareness to our life within a social system, where we find ourselves and how we encounter others on their own journey.
October 18: Discernment & Neuroscience (Gantz Farms, Grove City)
How does the physical movement of walking the labyrinth's sinuous path impact our body and brain? How does this sort of walking assist us in discernment?

Ash Wednesday Prayer Stations
Lent begins on Ash Wednesday. Christians mark this day by drawing a cross on their foreheads with ashes. The ashes are made by burning last year’s palm branches used during the Palm Sunday celebration. This is significant for Christians because it reminds us that we are dust and to dust we will one day return.
Columbus Anglican Mission is hosting Self-guided Stations for Prayer and Contemplation will be available on Ash Wednesday, February 17 in the sanctuary of Crestview Presbyterian Church. The stations are designed to aid the passage into the season of Lent.
Individuals or households are invited to reserve a time slot either midday or in the evening. Time slots occur every 15 minutes to limit the number of people in the sanctuary at once. You may take up to one hour to walk the stations which finish with the imposition of ashes.
Safety: Masks and pre-registration are required. Please stick to your scheduled time and maintain adequate space for social distancing while engaging the meditations. If you are in the high risk category for COVID-19, we encourage you to stay home. Home kits are available upon request.

Stations of the Cross Contemplative Art Exhibit
The artists of Flourish Contemplative Center invite you on a journey of love with a series of paintings based on the Stations of the Cross. From the Garden of Gethsemane to the Garden Tomb, walk with Jesus, experiencing the sorrow, suffering, and violence of his self-sacrificial love.
We follow in his way, knowing that one offers no greater love than laying down their life for others. As we join Jesus, we are reminded that we are his beloved children, made in his image, and invited to experience the beauty of his presence, even as we walk toward death.
Reservations: To maintain a contemplative environment and respect social distance, we are limiting the number of pilgrims who journey through the exhibit at a time. To reserve a time, please sign up below.
